A focused, 60-minute consultation with Tracy Galloway, Esq., M.A., providing legal education, strategic insight, and grounded next-step guidance. This session is designed to help you understand the legal landscape of your situation, what the court process may require, and how to make informed decisions at the beginning or during your divorce.
Tracy will walk you through the court structure (motions, Pre-Trial Conferences, timelines, and expectations), discuss the pros and cons of different resolution paths (mediation, consultation, collaborative law, litigation), and answer your legal questions within the scope of a consultation.
This session is appropriate when you need clarity, legal perspective, and direction before taking your next step.
