Asset division schedule worksheet from Good Life Coaching, for entry of assets and their values, debts, with self-calculating column for net value, and a column for assignment of percentage to parties, with totals and summary at the bottom.

How to Use the Final Column: “% to Plaintiff”

The far-right column, labeled “% to Plaintiff,” is where you can enter the percentage of each asset you’d propose keeping (if you’re the Plaintiff in the case).

It helps you visualize division scenarios — whether it’s a 50/50 split or a negotiated distribution.

It’s not binding. Just a clarity tool to help you feel more prepared.

How to Use the Final Column: “% to Plaintiff”

The far-right column, labeled “% to Plaintiff,” is where you can enter the percentage of each asset to be assigned to the party in the first column, here the Wife. If you want a custom renamed form, please contact me, and I will provide. The first party listed is the Plaintiff. If you are the Defendant, then switch/rename so that you are in the first column.
