Probate and Family Court:
Attorney Tracy D. Galloway is available for consultation and advocacy in a wide variety of divorce and family law matters in the Probate and Family Courts. Her clients include divorcing couples, post-divorce parents working to co-parent, birth parents, children, foster parents, adoptive parents, LGBTQ couples and parents, kinship providers, guardians, and grandparents.
In addition to advocating for divorce and custody clients, she accepts appointments as a Guardian ad Litem and as a Parent Coordinator. She also offers consultations and trainings to educate clients on how to navigate the divorce process and court system as pro se litigants.
In addition to representation in more adversarial proceedings, Attorney Tracy D. Galloway has collaborated with: Betsy Ross, LICSW, CGP, Mediation, Divorce and Relationship Coaching, in order to offer joint services to assist clients in designing their own divorce and parenting plan.
Every divorce is individual, and each client can have the opportunity to control the cost and the
process if they choose to engage with the right professionals. While litigation as a process offers
unique strengths, people who wish to work together to resolve their divorce or custody issues
outside of court, with the help of a mediator or coach, can save thousands of dollars, and can
tailor their own result. Betsy Ross of Divorce Mediation Strategies, in Stoughton, Norfolk County,
and in Boston, Suffolk County, MA, offers unparalleled skills in helping couples to work through
their disputed issues.
